What is group therapy?
Group therapy sessions offer clients the opportunity to connect with other people struggling with similar issues. Whether you’re struggling to make friends, struggling with anxiety or grief, therapy support groups help you find connection and growth through shared experience.
Group therapy is a structured, semi-structured, or unstructured group that works to achieve therapy goals under the supervision of staff therapists. Our practice has years of experience leading groups for a diverse population of clients.
