Marissa Rodriguez, BS
Marissa Rodriguez began as a clinical intern at Inneractions in May 2025. She is currently in the process of obtaining her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. Marissa secured her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Statistics and Data Analysis from Kennesaw State University.
Marissa is passionate about supporting and working with children and adolescents, teens, and young adults. Before becoming a clinical intern, she worked closely with children with autism and their families as a registered behavioral technician. Through this experience, she has learned to prioritize compassion and empathy when leading a session. Marissa utilizes several therapeutic techniques to support each client’s needs including person-centered, Adlerian, and play therapy. By using these techniques, she is able to foster a therapeutic environment that promotes personal growth, self-exploration, and self-expression. Marissa is excited to engage in fun, therapeutic experiences that support her clients growth.
Marissa is being supervised by S. Alexis Davis, MS, LPC, CPCS.
Marissa is currently seeing clients at the Marietta office.
