Welcome! Polina is a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to partnering with teens, young adults and adults as they navigate life's complexities. She understands firsthand the unique pressures they face, whether it's managing anxiety, battling low confidence or perfectionism, or simply feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Her passion for mental health stems from a belief that everyone is capable of healing and growth, and deserves to find their happy place.

In their work together, Polina acts as a partner in the process, here to help guide their clients' journeys. Her therapeutic approach is always catered to each individual's needs, pulling from core modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. This means she'll focus on practical strategies to shift unhelpful thought patterns, highlight clients' unique strengths, honor their personal experiences, and work collaboratively to set and achieve meaningful goals.

Polina specializes in equipping clients with practical strategies to enhance social skills, build self-esteem, manage work and school stress, and navigate major life transitions. She also has experience supporting those dealing with specific diagnoses like Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing an affirmative and understanding space for all individuals, including those exploring their gender identity.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care, available both in-person in Marietta and conveniently through telehealth services, allowing her to support clients wherever they are within Georgia.
