Ryan Sokolowski, MS, APC
Ryan Sokolowski, MS, APC began his journey as a therapist at Inneractions in January 2024 as an intern. He works with kids, teens, and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and family challenges.
Ryan has a special passion for supporting teenage boys and young men as they navigate the often confusing shift from adolescence into adulthood. He’s particularly interested in men’s mental health and helping young people figure out who they are and where they want to go in life.
Before entering the counseling field, Ryan spent several years working in the corporate marketing world. While that experience gave him valuable insight into the pressures and complexities of modern life, he felt drawn to something else—supporting others through life’s challenges. That calling led him to pursue his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, after earning his B.A. in Mass Communication from Georgia College and State University.
His approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. Ryan draws from several therapeutic styles—including Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Experiential Therapy—to meet each client’s unique needs. He believes therapy works best when it’s built on trust, and he focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths and take steady steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Ryan is especially drawn to working with clients going through life transitions—whether it’s starting college, entering the workforce, or just trying to find direction. His goal is to help people feel more confident, connected, and capable of creating positive change in their lives.
Ryan is currently accepting clients in our Marietta and Johns Creek locations. Ryan is being supervised by S. Alexis Davis, MS, LPC, CPCS
