I believe in the transformative power of mental health therapy to shape and enrich lives. My professional journey of over 20 years has been dedicated to guiding children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families through a wide range of personal and interpersonal challenges.

My clinical approach is centered on helping clients discover their innate strengths, values, and passions to forge a purposeful and fulfilling path. My areas of specialty include enhancing social and interpersonal skills, improving verbal and nonverbal communication, and developing self-awareness. I provide therapeutic support to individuals and families dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and various life transitions.

In addition to my role as a psychotherapist, I am the owner and clinical supervisor at Inneractions Therapy. I am committed to fostering the next generation of mental health professionals and providing parents with the tools and insights they need to support their children's growth and well-being.
